Liverpool's Star Offers Regret to Squad, Reveals Curtis Jones
Jones has disclosed that Salah apologised to the group of players in the wake of the controversy from his recent interview.

The striker was dropped from a key Champions League match after criticising the club and claiming his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, I'm sorry.’”
Arne Slot has refused to reveal on whether he got an explanation from the veteran striker.

The player stated that the dressing room atmosphere was unchanged. “He was his usual self, his demeanour was positive and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a teammate fighting for a place is less of an issue. “I understand there are certain ways you can handle situations,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just sit out, then I think that’s concerning.”

Liverpool's form have stayed unbeaten in the games following the situation. Jones believes the forward's comments were never meant to destabilise the squad.
“If passion has boiled over, it has consistently come from a place of caring,” Jones concluded. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, performing and on a positive run.”
