Edwards as well as Gary O'Neil Among Wolves Head Coach Contenders
Rob Edwards and O'Neil both have past links with the club

Rob Edwards along with O'Neil are two of the early candidates in the frame to succeed Vitor Pereira as manager of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The previous coach was dismissed on Sunday following the squad's 10-match without a victory start to the top-flight season.
Furthermore both candidates - each of whom have historic associations to the team - are part of the names to be evaluated by the Wolves leadership.
Edwards is presently at Middlesbrough, which would create a possible hurdle to his hiring at Molineux.
Nevertheless the former Luton Town manager - who played over a century of games for the club during his time as a player - is considered a strong candidate for the vacancy.
The 42-year-old is said to have support from the Wolves directors as they begin the search of appointing a new head coach.
Gary O'Neil is also emerging as a surprise candidate, even though he would be a shock appointment given he was sacked by Wolves in December last year.
The former West Ham United player is currently unemployed meaning Wolves would not need to pay any compensation.
